I understand that Teresa Brewer made a disco version of her famed oldie "MUSIC MUSIC MUSIC", but I'm thinking it was more than her that took a stab at disco "Put a another nickel in, in the nickelodean. . . " song.

The group California covered it on a Warner Bros. 12" from 1976 (PRO 642, 4:05), executive produced by Terry Melcher (Doris Day's son).

I think I've found my next husband! Seriously, thanks for the kind words. I'm just another proto-disco fossil who enjoys your hard work and the other like-minded folks on this board.
BTW, I've just submitted a label scan on the California 12"...should be in the Vault soon.
