I was wondering if anyone could help me out. This is a disco mix recorded from WLIR 92.7 a few years back on the Island Underground. Thanks so much

2nd song is SOUP FOR ONE - CHIC
3rd song is RUNNING AWAY - ROY AYERS
4th song is IT'S A LOVE THING - THE WHISPERS
5th song YOU KN0W HOW TO LOVE ME - PHYLLIS HYMAN
6th song ?-?
7th song is NIGHTS (feel like getting down) - BILLY OCEAN
8th song is THE MORE I GET THE MORE I WANT - TEDDY PENDERGRASS
a sample of PARTY by Van McCoy is thrown in before a mix of percussion bits ... bit lost till around 11:30 ... then
LET'S START THE DANCE - BOHANNON
at 13:42 it's STREET PLAYER - CHICAGO
then
THERE BUT FOR THE GRACE OF GOD GO I - MACHINE
at 17:35 it's MAINLINE - BLACK IVORY
then WE'RE ON OUR WAY HOME - BRAINSTORM (last song)

there's some gaps in the list above, maybe someone else can fill them in

peace

@16:20 I am familiar with a track that is quite similar to this dated from mid 90's, I think it's called "Samba de Janeiro" from Bellini

~1 - I'm gonna kick myself when it is posted
#6 - Logg - You've Got That Something (typical over hyped Leroy Burgess track)

11 mins on... quite a mash up. there's Funky Nassau - Beginning Of The End in there, James Brown Jungle Beat?, Cavern - Liquid Liquid (sampled for White Lines), and a few others.

Streetplayer has 1 line "these are the breaks" from Kurtis Blow's The Breaks

@16.20 yep that is the Samba track, the original from Brazil I guess

The first one is 'Far Beyond' by Locksmith. Brilliant Harvey Mason- produced EP. The other tracks on it - 'Blackjack' and 'Unlock The Funk' are also great.
