Somebody Please help me with this song

I have to know the name and artist of this track, i love it but i have no idea who it is. The guy keeps repeating Undecided Love it sounds like. The clip is extremeley horrible in quality you can't hear anything legible for the first 15 seconds. Please be patient and help. Marky i know you know who it is!

Hello Chala-Lary did do an edit of this classic-if my memory is correct,he mixed the little heard vocal mix with Moultons instrumental.It's on one of
his Sandpiper series at www.morningstarmelody.com.Hope this helps!
