Hi, I had this answered last year, but I remember it was an
obscure funky soul group, maybe on Buddah.
Sampled on the classic Soulful house cut "somehow
someway there's a soul heaven" by DEEP SENSATION
on Guidance records.
Just the music hook, vocals are Syl Johnson I think.

i think the music bed is from ultra high frequency's "we're on the right track" from 1973 on Scepter(??? -- the 45 had the instrumental version as a flip)
