Does anyody know a song with that title??

it has a vocalist who sounds a little bit like Jeffrey Osborne & it's a mid 80's dance track with an almost house music kind of feel to it.

Have not been able to find it for ages so any help would be greatly appreciated.

My copy has walked but try "Release The Tension" by Circuit on the 4th & B'way label from 1983, '84. Might be the one you want.

I just checked out GEMM. They show Circuit and another by Ja Groove, same title, from 1986.
