i have an old cassette which in which a disco version of Scott McKenzie's San Francisco (Be Sure To Wear Flowers In Your Hair) is recorded by a female singer with chorus. please can some one tell me who sang this disco version.

iam afraid this is not the version iam looking for it's from the 70s iam sure but not the globe deejays version. the version iam looking for has a soft disco tune to it with jerky violins and the chorus singing (sanaaaaaaanaaaaannnnnn.........sanfrancisco) then the jerky violin piece then again (sanaaaaaaanaaaaannnnnn.........sanfrancisco...... ........ If you're going to San Francisco Be sure to wear some flowers in your hair
If you're going to San Francisco You're gonna meet some gentle people there. this song has a lovely female voice singing it.
