It's not Rick Astley who sings , but the music in background is , for sure "Never gonna give you up" - It's a "remake" Rap-House by an artist i don't know the name (Periode : late Eighties)

The song in the sample is by Rosso Barocco who samples Rick Astley, im actually after the artist name and title of the vocal used in the sample.
