Adam do you know from which period this song is? Is it something from the 80's or is it recent????

i'm sure it's something from the 80's...i took this clip from a recent dj set that was recorded on a single file..this song was played after "I'LL DO MY BEST" by the Ritchie Family...
i'm going crazy trying to identify the band behind this track...
