Default Disco/garage classic from 83-84?

This one should be easy.

I know this song, i have heard it a hudred times but i can't seem to remember who did it. I think this is the instrumental and the vocal version had a male singer but i can be wrong. it's probably from 83-84.

YouTube - Metro Area
It's a video from a Metro Area set they did in stockholm last august.

Thanks!

The track that is playing in the video sounds like a modern/sampled version of Weekend by Class Action.

Not the track on the video but I can't get 'Lovers Holiday' by Change with Luther on vocal out of my head ! Is it a version of that?

Thumbs up Re: Disco/garage classic from 83-84?

I'm pretty sure that's a re-working of Share The Night by World Premiere or he may be playing the instrumental with another drum track laid under it.
Whatever it is, the origin lies with Share the Night

A GREAT record, the 'A' side of which I played to death BITD. Luckily I have it on several CDs now and it sounds even better.

I guess the instrumental side would be more useful for a younger crowd.
