FRENCH? disco help (sample included)

it sounds like it could be french or english or both. the lyrics sound like she's singing about trips or spaceships in the air. i thought it might be cristina or descloux or even LIO, but i don't think it is. hell, it may not even be french. could be belgian or some other country, but i am determined to find out who this is so i beseech the discomusic.com community.

this clip was taken at a dj show in japan from some guy's cell phone. so there's not really a way to get more info.

A long shot: Could it be French group NIAGARA??? It's the style of music and it sounds like the voice of leadsinger Muriel Moreno.

To me, it doesn't sound like Muriel Moreno at all. And I don't remember Niagara singing in English, although I'm not aware of their entire repertoire...

The sound was close to Cristina's but not her voice either.

By "Descloux", do you mean Lizzy Mercier Descloux? "Mais où sont passées les gazelles?" Haven't heard anything of her's for awhile. But it could be her voice, with pneumonia...

Anyway, I'd certainly like to find out who it is...
