I did not listen to your track. but there is a song called "La vaca loca" on a album being sold on amazon.com, the artist is Manu Chao and the CD is called "Proxima estacion Esperanza"..it has a sample of the track on the page if you want to listen to it.

I'd assume the track I'm looking for is from the '70s, and not this style for sure. Anyone else?
