This is a kind of funk like song. I heard it in 1980-81. I don't know exactly what they are saying but one piece of the lyric goes "My mama told me the day I was born, Keep it on the?, She said life may get rough sometimes son but you gotta hooold on. Keep it on the? Kind of a barkay-ish type groove. Thanks for any help.
