Having terrible trouble remembering!!!

I'm really hoping that someone can help me with this one. I've recently lost all my MP3's on the computer due to the hard drive being reformatted and the correct folder not being backed up by the shop.

I had on it a superb disco track by someone whose name I think was Anthony (someone), the title of which was something like "Can't get loose" or similar. I know it had loose in the title somewhere. I've Googled this in every form I can think of, but can't find it listed anywhere. Can someone help me please?
