Default Two (difficult?) songs for the masters

Hello friends,

It's me again with two more pearls.
This time I must confess it's not exactly disco but R&B, something really popular in Rio de Janeiro in the late 80's (known here as "charme"). Of course, since it's not disco, I won't compain if you weren't able to identify them. Anyway, since it was already proved that this is the right community for the experts, I'm sure you can help me once again.

Here's the first song: TurboUpload- One-Click Webhosting - File ID 1218513
The chorus is something like "Oooooo, take over". I'm not sure if it is "take over" but it sounds like that.

Here's the second song: TurboUpload- One-Click Webhosting - File ID 1218529
That's how the songs starts.

And please, don't pay too much attention to my voice. Hehehehe! It's pretty ridiculous. But, since there's no other way to show you what song i'm talking about, well...I'll pay the price.

Again, thank you all for the patience and kindness.

Greetings from Rio,

Latuff

I don't know either, but the first one sounds familiar to me. Like Freestyle.

But you did a good job. We have all been there.

Yes, I can imagine that these two are difficult to identify. But if you guys and gals can't find it, I think anyone can...

Hi Latuff,

I reckon the first one is Five Star "Love Take Over" video link here
YouTube - 'Love Take Over' by Five Star=

and I think the second one is the 12" remix of Patti Austin's "Only A Breath Away" which was originally on the "Gettin Away With Murder" Album but I can't find a link to this so I can't be certain.
