80's disco with female vocalist with possible italian accent.Song goes"I cant stop the beat"and then theres a part that says "are you listening to me"It has a slightly slower then normal tempo but not too slow.

Probably "I Can't Stop The Beat" by Larabell which was an Italian Disco number.
