| I'm the world's worst lyric hunter, but this sounds like a cross polination of Bo Kirkland & Ruth Davis 'If You Keep On Doin' What Your'e Doin'(You're Gonna Get Next To Me) and Young & Co. 'I Like What You're Doing To me'. Both from waaaaay before. |

| Quinny, i know both of the songs you mentioned but it's not either to them. This song is sung by a male or an all male group. I also remember the first line in the first verse..it goes..."this is a message to you baby......this was out around the time the ET (eddie townes) did "i want to be your best friend" |

| Well, the Eddie Townes song "Best Friend" was from 1986. I see a title called "Keep On" by Bobby Mardis from 1986. Never heard it. There was a "Keep on Doin'" by Glenn Jones from 1983. There was a "Keep On Doin' What You're Doin'" by Bobby Byrd from 1972. All just wild guesses.
