Before I ask, this is not 'Hold Your Horses' by First Choice.
No, it's a mystery track on the CD compilation 'Henry Stone presents the TK Disco 45 Collection Vol.1 1976-8'(subtitle: Dance to the Drummer's Beat)'.
Does anyone own this CD? It is track 11 on CD2 between 'Bertha Butt Encounters Vadar' & 'Platos Retreat' & its not listed on the liner notes.(typical for a UK relaese!)
I think its called 'Hold Your Horses Baby' & sounds like Celi Bee but can someone clarify this 4 me please?

Without listening to the track, I can confirm that Celi Bee did record a track called "Hold Your Horses Baby" As soon as I saw you mention TK, I thought "That's gotta be Celi Bee"...

Steely,

I concur with Jazz. Having played this great CD it sounds like Celi Bee to me. What's odd is that there doesn't appear to be a 12" single for this song, but it's from the LP "Alternating Currents."

Ah, Steely Dan...I ALSO had the same experience with this unlisted track. I was going through the CD counting the BPM's for future use and all of a sudden there was a track that I think was supposed to be "Plato's Retreat"...but kept saying "Hold Your Horses"!!!! It is definitely the Celi Bee track. I found the damn vinyl and compared it.
