 I've just picked up a track called "Turn me on" by The Tabledancers on Disco Galaxy. it just has to be a remake. The words of the chorus are: "Let me be Your love machine It turns me on See what I mean" Anyone know who did the original as it doesn't credit any writers Thanks         |

| Hi PH, That sounds like "Love Machine" by Tempest Trio. Graham just converted this gem to CD. He should know. I used to dance to it--BUT I don't have the damn record. Paging Graham!!!!!!!!!!!

| The original is indeed "Love Machine" by Tempest Trio, which was a one-off project by Mike Theodore and Dennis Coffey. The rest of the album is quite good too. The 12" versions are the same as the LP. Oh, and by the way... the Canadian pressing of the LP is cut so insanely bright at the beginning, that I now use it as my "torture test" when shopping for new cartridges. |
