This should be easy
(but still impossible to me

:

Some girls singing something like
"Dance to the groove... and to the funk",
repeating this several times,
and then a kind of slow rap (by a male voice).

Year: around 1981-82??

It seems to be "Dance On The Groove (And Do The Funk)" by Love International (1982).

Another version of the same song exists by the group FUNK MACHINE, out on Emergency EMDS 6525 1982
