| I was listening to Floyd Taylor, the late Johnnie Taylor's son. There was a track from his Malaco Lp Legacy called Part-time lover. He borrows the lyric and riff "I DON'T WANNA BE HOME ALONE". What soul song (1975-1997ish) was that from. It may be male or female but is probably female. It's very very distinct but I can't place it at all. I thought it might have been a remake of the H-town hit from 1994's Above the rim soundtrack but there's a different writer and H-town was never that good anyway. However, the nineties may be the correct era. Thanks! Any help is needed and appreciated. |
