Anyone remember Decamarons? Remember WILD WENSDAY NIGHTS? What a club. Don't know if I spelled it right! It was a long time ago. Late ' 70's - early ' 80's.

i remember wild wedsday . all you can drink for like $12.00.
I went there once or twice in the late 70s. A girlfriend/co-worker of my from Brooklyn actually introduced me to the place. I remember it being pretty "upscale" and besides a disco, there was also a restaurant. For some reason, I seem to remember another disco not to far from Decameron's . . . was it called Uncle Sam's??
KV, Yes it was! Another great club on L.I.'s southshore.
Great club, down the street from uncle sams. the dj`s name was Joey O`Obrian
ANOTHER ONE OF MY FAVOURITE HAUNTS FROM THE DISCO ERA.WE WOULD START AT UNCLE SAM'S WHERE WE KNEW THE BOUNCER(FREE ENTRY) AND IF THERE WAS NOTHING HAPPENING WE WOULD GO NEXT TO DECAMARON'S AND THEN TO 23I IN CARLE PLACE.DISCO WAS PROBABLY THE BEST SCENE IN MUSIC DURING MY YOUNGER DAYS.GREAT MEMORIES!!!
bounced over there too. remember SPIT THE NEW WAVE CLUB AT THE BACK DOOR OF UNCLES SAMS
Yes, wild Wenesdays! I went to St. John's and it was abig St. John's hangout. I think on Wednesday night there was also a drink special for us ladies. I rode the mechanical bull at Decameron's. I have been trying to spot the exact location on Hempstead Turnpike whenever I drive past the area, but I can't place it. I think it was just past Eisenhower Park. We came from Bayside ana would get off the Meadowbrook going east. Does anyone remember?
Uncle Sam's was another big St. John's hang out.
Any boys from whitestone checkin' out this site? Joey (my fav d.j.)It's me the crazy girl who danced in lame underware! those were some decadent nights!! does anyone remember rick the bartender?? loved his slammers
