HIGH SOCIETY was situated across the road from the Manchester gay village and was very popular with disco/Hinrg music fans... I have very fond memories of some great nights in this club. The dancefloor was only small but always packed to the rafters... I always remember dancing my socks off to "THE RUMOUR" by Olivia Newton John & OVER AND OVER by Michelle Goulet. The club had a great atmosphere and was sadly missed when it finally closed its doors...
