The 4 O'Clock club was open back in the 1950s and even my parents used to go. In the 1970s, I was a singer in a seven piece disco band name Southern Standard Time. We often played there, and JW's West, did tunes like "Car Wash," "I Will Survive," "Don't Leave Me This Way..." The years of dancing all night, nobody slept in the '70s! I never got home before 5 or 6 in the morning. Wish I could locate some of the guys.
