Jousance was in the basement of one of the hotels on that block. The DJ at the club was David Todd, and at the time I thought he was the best DJ in town. He was the first DJ I heard blend mixing, he was also the Disco A&R man for RCA records, the sound system was also very good. Jousance was a great club!
