I was there at Reflections the night Queen and Mahogany Ruch were playing. Queen didnt play because the dressing room was too far away from the restroom. Mahogany Rush played an awesome show. Also there for several Exile and Brother Bait shows. Good times!

thank you, very helpful ! glad to hear that TOny went on and became a lawyer! Lighthouse gave me soooo many great memories. fun to look back, reminded of Sat. Night Fever. I have very fond memories of dancing there - especially the last song- with my first love. unfortunately he was murdered while serving in the navy in San Diego. We were still dating and it broke my heart. SO when i hear many of the songs i am reminded of how special that time was and have vivid memories of LTs. Ltd. - the lighted floor, disco ball ,even the red carpeted walls and black vinyl chairs. oh yeah standing out in the cold in lilne and even wooden nickel night. don't know how I survived that much draft beer. Thanks again.

I was a manager at the Light in Flint from March 1979-September 1981. I lived with Wendell and visited our club in Cincy often. Tony went on to be a lawyer and ADA in south Florida. The first song to kick off a night was Michael Jackson "Don't Stop Until You Get Enough" and the last dance was Donna Summer "Last Dance" and then a encore with a slow song - usually a request.

I don't remember an instrumental song being played? Of course it was a long time ago. It is sad that it is no longer there.

I worked as a bartender at "Reflections: which then converted to "The Lighthouse" where I became head bartender. I worked on the renovation/remodel from one to the other.. I knew Danny, and Al. I lived with Wendell for a while, took a few bounced paychecks from John who was a lawyer. I worked there from 72 to 74 then I went to a new club that opened in Mt Adams call The Pavillion. The Pavillion's still there. The Lighthouse morphed afe more times and is now an empty lot. I think TonyL who submitted this listing was a DJ - I remember he played hockey for UC if it's the same guy.

I was a regular at the Lighthouse back in the day. It was the best place ever. I really miss those good old days. Met many great friends there while dancing on the lighted floor.

I was a bartender at the Lighthouse from 1975 until 1978, when it became known as "Reflections", while a college student majoring in nuclear engineering at the University of Cincinnati. I met my wife while working there. She was a high school senior with a pretty good fake ID. We've been married for over 30 years.

I loved the teen disco on Sunday afternoons with the pizza and Sylvester cranking, as well as "You Should Be Dancing," by the Bee Gees.

Had many a fun time there, but didnt like standing in that line with the carpeted walls that smelled like cigarettes and puke. Thank God, the fresh pizza would overcome that once inside.

Met many a fine lady there, many.
