This British Rimshots compilation CD is for those who like good old fashioned funk n' Disco. A sort of mix between Booker T and the MGs, some James Brown rhythms and some other secret ingredients. Includes the hit Super Disco, which appears in the DiscoMusic.com Top 500 Disco Songs list.

Tracks 1-9 are taken from the 1972 album Soul Train - Introducing The Rimshots.
Tracks 10-12 are various non-album tracks from 1974.
Tracks 13-21 are from the 1976 album Down to Earth.
Track 22 is another non-album tracks included as a bonus.
