This compact disc is an original issue from the Megatone label before they folded and later bought by Unidisc. The foldout sleeve contains an order form for other Megatone CD, vinyl and cassette releases that states, "Buy any five and get the sixth free" along with an ad for the second edition of Tribal Rites for $12.00.
