NOTES:

Casablanca Records Story is unquestionably an absolute MUST HAVE since this four (4) CD box set contains mostly extended original version of classic Casablanca songs. The only gripe here is the use of a single edit on some Costandinos tracks. Contains a beautiful 47 page booklet with tons of photos. Audio quality is wonderful as the tracks are taken from the original master tapes. This is a perfect birthday or Christmas gift for the diehard Disco fanatic.

Pros:
Outstanding selection of Casablanca classics all in on set.
Sound quality is great since if appears all tracks are taken from the original master tapes.
Fantastic 47-page booklet with photos and history of the artists, songs and record label.

Cons:
While most songs are the complete extended versions, a small number are edits.
There is so much material in the Casablanca vaults that they could have easily added a fifth disc or even released a second volume/box set.
