Atlantic Starr along with former Commodores producer James Anthony Carmichael teamed up on the 1982 album, Brilliance, which yielded the hits Circles and Love Me Down.
The team had worked previously before on the Radiant album, but Brilliance really put them on the map. What with Circles now being a bona-fide R & B dance classic there is no doubt of this group's talents and to have this album finally released on CD outside of Japan is great news for fans of this band.
Once again Vinyl Masterpiece and PTG Records are striving to bring the sought after classics from the 1980s with another stellar re-release of classic Disco, Funk and R&B material that needs to see the light of day once again. Available directly through the Vinyl Masterpiece website.
