Vinyl Masterpiece and PTG Records were kind enough once again to send DiscoMusic.com their third volume in the ongoing series called Nighttime Lovers. They have dug up more quality tunes from the 1980s Disco-Funk scene that music collectors are itching for.

The selection and sequencing of cuts on Night Time Lovers #3 is well done as is the overall sound quality which is crisp and clear with great bass extension. As with the previous editions you will be introduced to music you might not have heard before. Some very rare and sought after 12 inch versions are included on this disc most notably the Street-Level Canadian single called "Are You Lonely" by Hypnotic, which goes for big bucks on eBay.

If your tastes run to the more obscure and/or urban funk 80s tracks that are overlooked by other compilations then this entire series is right up your alley and highly recommended.
