Salsoul Records originally released the Walter Gibbons mixed, Disco Boogie Volumes 1 and 2 on vinyl records back in 1977. It has continued to be popular as it is one of the few surviving examples of actual non-stop DJ mixed music of the era. Gibbons also threw in some little surprises which make many of the songs/edits used rather unique and unavailable elsewhere. A great slice of Disco history and what makes it even better is that Salsoul issued the once separate Volume 1 and 2 as a specail two CD set.
