This soundtrack is notable mostly for "Chase;" eight minutes of pulsing, hypnotic electro-disco excellence. Undoubtedly (along with "I Feel Love") one of Giorgio Moroder's definitive productions. The rest of the soundtrack is very good as well, especially "Love's theme" and "(Theme from) Midnight Express" on which Moroder protÈgÈ Chris Bennett delivers a haunting vocal.. This seemingly early 90's CD reissue is pretty easy to find and quite cheap in most places.
