Vintage Prince-his absolute break-through album! Originally released as a double output so it's a pity that this CD pressing does not contain "D.M.S.R." (Dance, Music, Sex, Romance), but some newer pressings do.

I saw a recent CD pressing that DID contain "DMSR" which is my favorite track on the album. if they had to exclude something, I would have chosen the throwaway track "All the Critics Love You in New York"
