Giorgio Moroder. Perhaps this native Italian can be seen as the Godfather of Eurodisco. This compilation offers an overview of this man's brilliant carreer.
It all started in the late 60's with straight pop sounds. Then it evolves into symphonic disco, later into syn-disco (the man can be seen as one of the founding fathers of electromusic) and finally gets him to Hollywood and (again) mainstream pop. I prefer the "Disco-Moroder" though.
This CD is an excellent combination of all Moroder's well known output!
