Originally released in 1982, Sylvester's "Do Ya Wanna Funk" album is another of his and Patrick Cowley's beautifully crafted pieces. The music is heavily reflective of Euro-disco, and a precursor to today's powerful electronica; the strong synthesizer used in ìDo YaÖî is reflective in the current trance and techno. This re-release on Unidisc (originally on Megatone) features the original, remix and radio edit of the title track.
