Disco Discharge: Disco Ladies is the second in Harmless/Demon Music's ongoing double CD series called, Disco Discharge. This time the compilers hone in on the Disco divas who supplied countless Disco classics throughout the 1970s and 1980s. Extended 12 inch versions are used here to highlight their talents.

The in-depth liner notes written by Alan Jones, who co-wrote the best-selling Saturday Night Forever, gives insight into each lady and her track to give the listener a personalized reference point. It goes without saying that the selection and quality of the tracks are excellent and a sure "must have" for any Disco music collector.
