Miquel Brown's first taste of success came in the late 1970s when she released great disco anthems like SYMPHONY OF LOVE and THE DAY THAT THEY GOT DISCO IN BRAZIL. In the early '80s, Miquel Brown teamed up with Ian Levine to release one of Hi-NRG's greatest anthem ever ; SO MANY MEN, SO LITTLE TIME. Levine had seen the line printed on a T-shirt, and bingo - an international smash hit was born.

The following album called MANPOWER was played in its entirety and clubgoers just fell in love with Miquel Brown all over again.

CLOSE TO PERFECTION with its Dionne Warwick-like delivery and the Boystown-friendly BLACK LEATHER soon followed. My favorite tracks will always be BEELINE (a huge radio hit in Montreal), LEARN THE LINES OF LOVE and 1989's THIS TIME IT'S REAL! a top notch Hi-NRG comeback vehicle.

Sinitta's mom can be proud of the work she has done with Ian Levine and Fiachra Trench as DJs throughout the world are still playing these thumping tracks.
