The excellent ongoing series Masterpiece - The Ultimate Disco Funk Collection is now up to volume seven and counting. Reissue specialist label, PTG Records out of the Netherlands continues to bring the serious '80s R & B dance collector some juicy compilations of hard to find extended tracks.

Volume 7 continues in that tradition, but some changes to the series have occurred: 1) They have finally ditched the annoying cardboard Digipak for a quality jewel case. 2) They have started using custom re-edits on some tracks by Frankie Rodriguez of Behind the Grooves.
