NOTES:

Out of print, but worthy addition to any Disco collection. Outstanding compilation even though "Dancer" and "Everybody Dance" are edited for some strange reason.

YOUR REVIEWS & COMMENTS ON Best Disco Album In The Universe

Above-average compilation that contains some major surprises ("Feed The Flame" by Lorriane Johnson, "I Got The Feeling" by Two Tons O' Fun and "Let's All Chant" by Michael Zager Band). Although Candi Staton's "When You Wake Up Tomorrow" has become yet another overrepresented casualty in the disco compilation market, the remaining tracks are a good slice of late '70s disco and are sequenced well. Despite radio-length versions of Chic's "Everybody Dance" and Gino Soccio's "Dancer", these are just minor imperfections here.
