YOUR REVIEWS & COMMENTS ON Barry White

"The Best of Barry Whites Love Unlimited Orchestra" CD on Mercury features the long versions of many of his instrumental hits like "My sweet summer suite" including the 'tribal' intro, " Theme from King Kong", "Brazilian Love song" and the instrumental version of "Let the music play" my favorite. This CD was released in '95

It Is An Excellent CD. I Remember Back In The 79's When You Could Only Find The Sweet Summer Suite (As Well As Erucu) Acetate At NYC's Sunshine Sound. The MONO "Plate" Was In The $20.00 Range And The Stereo "Plate" Was In The High $40.00 Range. These Prices For A Record That Was Extremely Heavy To Handle And You Could Only Play About 20 Times Before It Began To Deteriorate.

I have a friend that says Barry White covered (recorded) Tavares: "Heaven must be missing an Angel"

HELP? Is this TRUE...?

Or I am I correct......and my friend is an idiot....
Thanks
