Orleans are better known for "Dance With Me " from 75 and also "Still The One," but I found this Disco ditty. Check it out on their Greatest Hits Comp. CD. Not bad, pretty funky.

Hey, its alright to like this music, I like most of it. There are a lot of different acts and groups that have a "funky little beat". Have you heard any of BROOKS and DUNN country stuff. If that isn't a DANCE drum beat, I'm deaf. DISCO'S influence spanned many markets. Do you think the popular music in INDIA always sounded as it does? DISCO influenced them as well. So a LOCAL band like ORLEANS playing "Funky" music isn't that strange!
