Jackie DeShannon had two of her best (on Liberty) covered by "The Searchers", part of "The British Invasion." DeShannon was born Sharon Lee Myers, 21st August 1944, in Hazel, Kentucky.

The Jackieīs song inst called "Don't let theflame die out". Itīs called "Don't loet the flame burn out".
