"Street player" cannot be mentioned in the UK (and probably Europe) without also mentioning Kenny "Dope" Gonzalez's "The bomb (these sounds fall into my mind)" which was a huge huge club hit in 1995.

This song sampled Street player extensively, as well as misquoting the song's lyrics in its title (should be "Street sounds swirling through my mind"?)
